Three people had to be rescued as crews responded to a house fire in Auckland’s Henderson this morning.
Crews were called to the scene at about 1.40am, a Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesperson said.
The building was ablaze when they arrived. Four fire trucks, two support vehicles and a hazmat vehicle were at the scene.
A fire investigator was also set to attend, the spokesperson said.
Three people needed rescuing from the two-storey building, they added.
The fire has since been extinguished.
