Marist rugby team have been crowned new champion of the Lavengamalie Cup tournament today after it crushed the Spartan in the final with scores 53 – 19.
Marist were awarded the cup and Division One top prize money of $35,000 paʻanga while Spartan took home TP$20,000 in prize money from the tournament.
